VitalPetSciences.com pledges that every product we offer is made from the finest materials and meets the highest standards of quality. If you are not fully satisfied with your results and did not feel like our product was of any benefit to you, you may request a full refund of the purchase price including shipping. In addition, you may return any unopened product for a refund on that as well. Return and refund requests must be received within 60 days of purchase.

• Customers may request a return/refund for product within 60 days of purchase. A refund for returned product(s) will be credited to your payment method upon receipt at the fulfillment center.
• You may receive a refund for no more than one opened bottle per order. Any additional units in the order may be returned if unopened.
